Trellis is a community-driven platform where users can post content, comment, and message others. 

To ensure a safe and respectful environment:

• All user-generated content is stored and monitored.
• Users can report inappropriate or harmful content directly through the app.
• Moderation is done manually by our team, who reviews and removes violating content within 24–48 hours.
• We are working toward implementing automated moderation features (e.g., content filters).
• We retain the right to delete posts or suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines.

Trellis provides in-app tools to:

• Report posts, messages, or users for violations (e.g., harassment, spam, hate speech).
• Block other users to prevent further contact.

Our moderation team reviews all reported content within 24-48 hours. Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share your data with:

• Trusted third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, messaging infrastructure)
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect user safety
• New owners in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring

All third-party vendors are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

Access is limited to users invited by internal administrators.
